Quince Liqueur Released!

Our quince are from Orchards of Oregon in Wilsonville, on acreage which also produces chestnuts, filberts, and apples. The quince is a French variety that Earl, the orchard owner, grafted onto his trees about 12 years ago. Samples and bottles of our Quince Liqueur are available through our tasting room.
Meat Cheese Bread, a favorite local restaurant of ours, featured SBB Easy Eight Oat Whiskey in their fabulous bread pudding. We hope they will make more batches using our products!

Birthday Party Celebration at Stone Barn

A few weeks ago, we were pleased to host this group of ladies, celebrating a birthday with a distillery tour kick off.

Colorful Visitor

Boyd rolled into Portland on a motorcycle, in the company of Sebastian's high school friend Rick, in town for a visit. The parrot entertained our tasting room guests by perching on their shoulders and squawking exuberant greetings.

Raquel Bournhonesque, our new employee...

Raquel has been helping out at the distillery for the past few months. We are vastly appreciative of her energy and appetite for learning the ins and outs of distillation, fermentation, and all things related to spirit production!
Here Raquel is bottling Cranberry Liqueur. We have found a new Oregon source, Seaview Cranberries, and are extremely pleased with the quality of the berries, and find that this liqueur has a deeper, richer taste than our first batch.
