- 2 oz Hoppin Eights Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Dolin sweet Vermouth
- 2 tsp Cherry Herring
- 1/2 tsp Stonebarn Ouzo (or absinth)
Combine in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a cold glass. Garnish with a cherry or lemon peel.
