We'll be open Mothers Day. but we'll be next door moving things around in Unit C to get ready for our June 6 open house. Yesterday we bottled the first of a new batch of Quince Liqueur, just in time for Mothers everywhere.
We also have been cutting Rhubarb- at last week's chop party and all through the week- about 400 pounds from Troutdale.
Just released!!!Barrel 39: Straight Wheat Whiskey; 70% wheat, 23% Barley, 7% oak smoked wheat. Sweet, slightly smokey. Available in 375 and 750 ml sizes. Wheat hand- smoked, inspired by graetzer wheat beer from Poland.
Barrel 28 - 39 month straight rye in the 'Chocolate Rye" family has been released- available in 375ml and 750 ml sizes. Almost sold out- about a case left.
Biggs Junction Apricot Liqueur-in a base of our oat whiskey spirits; sweet and sour both
Cranberry Liqueur-tartness and mouth feel of cranberry, deceptively drinkable
Haskap Liqueur- a berry being cultivated in Corvallis, notes of cranberry, blueberry, black current. Glorious indigo color.
Nocino-green walnut liqueur, in a base of our rye whiskey and barrel aged brandy.
