December 30, 2009 In Quince Resolution 3 oz gin (try Ransom’s Old Tom or Aviation) 2 oz Quince Liqueur 3 shakes bitters Preparation: Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice. Stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
