Hoppin’ Eights Sour
1 1/2 oz. Hoppin Eights Rye Whiskey
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
fill with soda
Fill a Collins glass with ice, add all ingredients, and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge or fancy cherry.
