Plum Brandy Smash, Served with Dessert Course
1 ½ oz Stone Barn Brandy Works Plum Brandy
4-6 Black or Red Seedless Grapes
2 Basil Leaves
Mash the Grapes and Basil into your mixing glass, add ice and Plum Brandy, shake. Strain over fresh ice in a high-ball glass. Garnish with either a small basil leaf or an un-smashed grape.
