You may have already seen the post on our Instagram Feed that the Hood Strawberry liqueur is ready. We made 204 bottles of the berry elixir and are pitching it at all the markets while it lasts. As in previous years, we encourage you to consume it quickly because, like Spring and the berries themselves, the jammy taste and aroma do not last forever.
We’re enjoying ours on ice cream sundaes (served at the tasting room if you like) and mojitos. Our friends at Growers Outlet & Talarico’s Produce helped us procure the best berries of the season and we had a sweet work party in June to process them fast. Look at that color!
