2 oz Quince, Apricot or Cranberry liqueur
0.5 lemon
0.5 simple syrup
Bitters
Stir over ice and top with ginger beer or seltzer to add sparkle.
Use a combination of Quince and Apricot liqueur for a summer surprise!
