Pear Sidecar

A Stone Barn original
- 1 part Pear brandy
- 1/2 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 part Cointreau
- 1 part pear juice or nectar
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass that has been rimmed with lemon and sugar. Garnish with a slice of pear or a lemon round.
Note: To use our Star Crimson Pear Liqueur to make a Sidecar, omit the pear juice and add 2 parts of the liqueur.
