Quincy Gin & Tonic

A Stone Barn original
- 1 1/2 oz Gin of choice
- 1 1/2 oz Quince liqueur
- 1/4 lime
- Tonic water
Pour gin & quince liqueur into a tall glass filled with ice. Squeeze 1/4 lime into glass, top with tonic water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
This recipe also works wonderfully with Haskap Liqueur!
