Rose City
1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
.75 oz Stone Barn Cherry Matsutake Brandy
1 tsp red currant preserves
Stir on ice.  Fine strain into Nick & Nora.  Add a brandied cherry as garnish.
This cocktail takes advantage of the alluring aroma of the Cherry M in this classic French formula.
