– Special recipe for the Portland Cocktail Crawl for Distillery Row –
- 2 oz Pear Brandy
- Dash of dry vermouth
- Lemon twist
Mist inside of chilled martini glass with dry vermouth of choice. Pour well chilled brandy into glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
