1.5 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5 oz Stone Barn Haskap Liqueur
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz Dionystic “Chios” Piquette (a Syrah)
.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
bitters
Dry shake all ingredients except the wine. Add ice, the wine, and shake. Fine strain over large coupe. Bitters design in the foam.
