Oregon and Japan collaboration festival “Fuji to Hood” is a beer, cider, and culture  festival featuring 22 breweries and 3 cideries from Japan, ( and 1 distillery Stone Barn Brandyworks- editor’s note) collaborating with 25 of Portland’s finest brewers, cidermakers, and craftsman on original recipes using select Japanese ingredients. Organized by “Beer Friends” a new 501C4 organization presenting the third bi-annual Fuji to Hood beer festival which also will also feature Japanese cuisine and Japanese or Japanese-inspired arts, culture, music, and entertainment.
