Made in collaboration with EZ Orchards in Salem, the brandy is made from a special blend of bittersweet apples, naturally fermented, and aged 5 years in Pommeau barrels. Pommeau is a Nomandy-style fortified apple spirit. This is warm, full of autumn,deep,rich apple aroma and flavor.
