Ingredients: 60% rye, 25% oat, 10% spelt, 5% wheat.

We started filling this barrel in June of 2012, but didn’t’ finish until January 2013. Life moved a bit slower back then. This whiskey has rich caramel tones from its peaceful rest in the barrel, and the oats and wheat give it a very approachable character.
