We finished bottling the newest 100% Oat Whiskey in early May. It is a blend of golden oat malt, oats and toasted oats. Aged over 5 years, the whiskey has a smooth silky mouthfeel, plenty of sweetness (even without the maple syrup we will use in an Old Fashioned). It ends with a hint of Apricot….
