Our latest whiskey release is a single barrel of 5 grain bourbon. It was mashed and barreled in September, 2016 and has been quietly sitting out the Covid times in our barrel house in NW Portland.
It’s a blend of corn, rye, wheat, millet, and malted barley, nice and sweet on the palate- a wonderful whiskey for the fall, 94 proof.
The Cask was a 53 gallon barrel from The OAK Cooperage – Missouri Oak – #3 Heavy Char

Tasting Notes: Like a blackberry pie, buttery pastry crusts with warm cinnamon and blackberries. Palate is similar to nose, with touches of coconut, caramel, and green apple.
