Ingredients: A blend of two different whiskeys: one 100% rye, and one rye with a touch of wheat and German pilsner malt.
Barrel Type: Finished in a barrel that held our homage to Port.

Dark caramel in color, this whiskey is a touch sweet and seriously spicy. Finished in a barrel that had contained our Tawny Duet, a local Pinot Noir dessert wine fortified with a Pinot Noir Brandy. The sweetness of the Tawny Duet helps round off some edges from the rye, but it still retains that fragrance and spice we know and love.
Aged 3 years; 486 bottles produced; released June 2016.
