Ingredients: 100% Organic stone ground Rye from Bob's Red Mill.
Barrel Type: Finished in an apple brandy cask previously used to age Greenstate Sugaring's Vermont maple syrup.

After aging maple syrup in one of our apple brandy barrels, the cask was refilled with two-year-old Stone Barn rye. After several months of resting, we pulled it out and bottled it. The apple brandy/maple barrel was small, so we were only able to squeeze 68 bottles out of it. Most of it went to the whiskey club, since we forgot to tell anyone it was for sale…
