Ingredients: Rye, wheat, and dark roasted barley malt.
Barrel Type: New charred oak casks.
Availability: Sold out, but more 'chocolate rye' is barrel aging and due for release fall 2018.
Chocolate malt doesn’t have chocolate in it. Instead, it’s roasted until it takes on a dark brown color and rich, toasty, chocolate/coffee-like aroma. We’re very happy with this one, and think you will be too.
Aged two years; 489 375 ml. bottles produced and 256 750ml bottles; released November 2015.
