Ingredients: 100% stone ground oats from Bob's Red Mill.
Barrel Type: 36 gallon heavy char American oak barrel from A&K Cooperage in Higbee, Missouri.

This mash was fermented and distilled between June and August 2013, interspersed with Bing cherries, apricots, and chocolate rye. From the notebooks, it looks like it was a busy summer. A special non-chill filtered bottling of this whiskey at barrel strength was offered to our whiskey club members.
Aged 31 months; 339 bottles produced; released April 2016.
