Spirited Dinner at the Metropolitan Tavern 4/11

Thursday April 11, Metropolitan Tavern in the Hotel Eastlund will be putting on a Spirited Dinner- Executive Chef Joey Hart has developed 5 courses paired with Stone Barn Brandyworks’ wares. Stone Barn spirits and cocktails will not only be served with each course, several of the dishes will be made with our spirits, for example Peach Rock & Rye glazed baby back ribs and Haskap Ice cream. The Dark Roast Rye is in a Tamarind Sour, paired with a tamarind whiskey sour /spicy fish sauce karaage.
