Peppered Peach

- 2 oz Peach Rock & Rye
- 1 oz Ancho Reyes pepper liqueur
- Squeezed lemon slice
- Splash of ginger beer
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a rocks glass. Splash of ginger beer and mint garnish.
